Durable and Accessible Shipping with The Ramp Crate
Understanding that not everyone has access to lifting equipment, we created 'The Ramp Crate' to provide an efficient solution.

Featuring a panel that converts into a drop-down ramp, which sits flush with the floor and is secured by lockable latches, this design allows for the loading of various items without the need for heavy machinery. ​
Additionally, this crate showcases our capability to reinforce crates. In this instance, we've upgraded from our standard 3x1 timber frames to sturdier 4x2 timber, complemented by metal edging to safeguard each corner. ​
This reinforcement is essential because these crates are intended for multiple shipments over several years, necessitating durability and reusability. ​
However, due to the wear and tear accrued during international travel over time, these crates may require refurbishment. In such cases, we retrieve the crate, refresh and replace components as needed to extend its lifespan for continued use. ​
The base of this crate exemplifies our 4-way access pallet bases, designed to ensure optimal access from all sides of the crate.
Custom Crating for Unique Exports
​Here's a prime demonstration of the versatility we provide in our crating solutions. Pictured here is a trike prepared for international export, housed snugly within one of our construction crates. Within the crate, you'll notice custom wheel locks and a securely fastened 'extras' box. ​

Presented here are display crates meticulously crafted to serve as props in an advertising campaign.

Exemplary attention is paid to the visual aesthetics of these crates. Each timber piece is meticulously chosen to avoid imperfections, and every screw is meticulously measured for symmetry. The inclusion of cross sections was a specific request from the customer, aimed at imbuing the props with a more cinematic appearance.

One set of crates serves as stands, while the other, featuring an open front, provides a platform for the customer to showcase items on a bed of straw.
